This is the best thing I have ever bought. I LOVE it. I was spending tons of money on large print books and then giving them away. With my Kindle I can buy books cheaply and can adjust the fonts to large print. I can put it in my purse and have it wherever I go. I spend alot of time reading it on my pool deck lounging in my lizard chaise lounge. I am 67 years old and I read as often as possible. GREAT purchase. I couldn't function without my Kindle.

I Love my kindle! It is versatile and very easy to pop into my purse to read on the go. I have downloaded many types of books, newspapers, and enjoy surfing the web also.

Rating: - Love It!
As a lover of books, I never thought an electronic presentation would be appealing. But I love my Kindle. I feel like I always have my favorite friends with me.
Intially, the grey to black to grey during a page turn was distracting but now I barely notice it.
I have purchased the extra memory. My only big criticism is that I would like to be able to organize the books according to my own structure. The prebuild sort is just by title, age by download date or author. The author sort isn't consistant because older books in public domain often use the author's first name: Emily Bronte sorted under E instead of B. By the time I take the Kindle to it's maximun capacity, which will be quite awhile, I think it will be frustrating to sort through the library.
Other than that, I love it!

Rating: - Having Fun with My Kindle!
My Kindle has changed my reading habits. I always found reading and carrying a paperback awkward. I particularly like that I don't have to plug the Kindle to the computer and that it downloads in less than a minute. Trips to the book store are definitely a thing of the past! Have had the Kindle for a month and read 8 books! Never would have done that with paperbacks. This was the perfect birthday present for myself.

Kindle is well designed and I cannot think of many upgrades that would make it much better. Obviously a lot of engineering and thought went into the design. It's highly addictive.
