A little disappointed in this straightener. I expected more from CHI since everyone I know says they are so amazing. It does a decent job straightening my naturally wavy hair, but it snags in the corners and pulls some out! Ouch!

The Chi was recommended to me by a co-worker. She is a tv news reporter and raved about it. Everything she says about it is right. It helps with frizz and really straightens your hair like no other straightener can!

the plug-in to the wall is big (like a hair dryer one), unlike other chis i have seen, and it doesn't seem to get quite as hot. but overall, i am satisfied with it.

I have a 14 year old daughter and there are 2 things she cannot live without
her cell phone and her chi. Her old chi broke and Amazon had what we needed
This chi is wonderful. And the price was great! It gets alot of use and holds up well for it goes where she goes. It's light and cools down quickly for packing. Can't go wrong with this one.
