Ever done ballet? Get ready to do many plies while moving your feet in and out. It really burns the fat off the thighs and tones them up. You will actually sweat from doing it since you will be moving left to right. The other moves are effective, but this was my greatest challenge...squats and the plies. (Did I spell that French word right?) Just do it. Enjoy!!!!

Rating: - I want a refund!
I wouldn't recommended this workout DVD to anyone! There was way too much chit-chat and it was very difficult to follow the three instructors. I've had this DVD for less than two weeks and sold it in a local pawn shop for $2.

Rating: - STILL the best workout around
I loved the "steel" series in the nineties...when I realized after 7 yrs and 3 children my body was still okay but not as toned as I wanted it I immediately searched out these favorites again. They work great...I don't think it's cheesy at all...it may seem obnoxious to someone who doesn't really WANT to work out and work hard to get their body in shape. It took me 4 weeks to start seeing the definition come back in my arms and legs like I wanted. This is awesome! because I've been running 2 miles every day and doing the stairs at the gym for 8 weeks and haven't seen the results I wanted. I definitely recommend these videos as safe and effective.

Rating: - loved the 90's workout
after doing Kathy Smiths old style prenatal video and leisa hart's fitmama video, i had to try one of leisa hart's oldie videos and was so happy to find she had one on dvd...it was a blast seeing the thong outfits from the buns of steel videos, i really can't wait to do more after my pregnancy, but this is a balst to modify some of the routines, this was a really old style dvd.
