Health & Personal Care : Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer

Rating: - Good but could be better
I have become a person who wears a pedometer every day. This is the only one I could find that would facilitate that regardless of the clothing I wear. It's great and keeps on going. I also love the timing feature. But here's what could be better:

1) The little clip never lasts. I've gone through three pedometers now and the clip is always the first to go.
2) I have fashioned my own clip system that now lasts longer than the pedometer. I don't fault the pedometer for the fact I have gone through three. I don't expect them to get through the laundry!!!

Rating: - Seems to work well!
I had a cheap State Farm pedometer. I am on this 10,000 steps a day mission to lose around 15-20 lbs. The multiple features such as recording 7 days with memory, calorie count, aerobic exercise count. (it will not record this unless you have 10 consecutive minutes or 60 steps a minute which i had to call about ie: it's in the manual but I just missed. it)
Then just the regular steps count. I love the holster and the safely clip. Awesome product!

Rating: - Who knew? A revelation!
Drop it in your pocket or backpack or purse and discover how active you may or may not be. Simply stepping up banal daily activity could burn hundreds of calories. Who knew this little gadget could be so informative?

Its great ! i love it, very easy to use, and such a moral boost when you go for trail walks or long walks and see how many milesssss you've covered. i recommend it to anyone who needs motivation in getting healthy.
