When my sister-in-law got this set as a wedding gift two years ago, and called it the absolute best gift, I bought four when I saw it at a great price on Amazon. (Wedding season!) So far, everyone who has gotten one has really liked it.

Calphalon is a wonderful product. Food does not stick and it cooks very uniformly. Will always buy Calphalon.

Rating: - Poor pan!
This pan is extremely difficult to clean, even when following the written instructions. I am very disappointed with this product. Do not recommend buying this pan at any price.

Rating: - Not crazy about the surface feel
This product cooks well, but it feels like a chalkboard - I don't like the feel or sound of the utensils against it. I will therefore probably use it for quick-baking or broiling items, like fish or frittatas... because I really don't like cooking in it. Probably will be my only calphalon product; I'll stick with silky smooth stainless.

I adore this pan. Although it's not non-stick, both cooking and clean-up are always very easy. Food cooks evenly, and it holds a generous amount. And the price can't be beat.
