I think I have purchased 4 of these, so far. My children who are the recepients say it is the only pan they will need. Agreed. Good value. Tough surface. Thinking about getting another so I can have two.

Rating: - Non Stick?
I do not like this item. I will keep it as an extra and because I got a good Amazon price. Food stick and hard to clean. Not a winner. So disappointed in this product.

Rating: - AWESOME!
I LOVE this pan. It goes straight from the stove top- to the oven- and then directly to the table! How cool is that? I initially bought it out of curiousity- my first dabble w/ the Caphalon Hard anodized line- and it has become a staple in my kitchen. Definitely my "Go To" favorite pan- mainly b/c of its versatility. I can fry eggs, do a stir fry, or make a (small) paella in this dish, and the clean up is a breeze. Not a non-stick- I am sick of those as well as a little leary of the health hazards sometimes associated w/ the non stick coating. The Hard anodized surface works best when using oil, but I found can be scrubbed to my hearts content- even though the instructions say not to. After having this pan @ a year, it still looks brand new. I definitely recommend this pan, and as a matter of fact, it has become my favorite wedding gift to give! So...... bon appetite.

Rating: - A great pan at a great price
I just bought this pan and I love it. I don't understand the few reviews that talk about everything sticking to it. I followed the instructions (letting ingredients warm slightly at room temp before adding, and properly preheating the pan) and I can get a beautiful fond in the bottom of the pan without ingredients sticking to it. Made a wonderful Chickan Cacciatore the first night I had it - got superb browning using only medium heat. Did a fantastic job sauteéing vegetables too. I am looking forward to using this pan more. It's my second piece of Calphalon (the other is a Calphalon One infused anodized sauté pan) and both of them have far exceeded my expectations for performance. And they clean quite easily with a little soaking (1/2 hour) after they have cooled down.

Great buy on these! I purchased 4 different ones and love them! After receiving I went back and purchased another one of these for a Christmas present.
