I would recommend this product to everyone. I have had one for about 3 years and have purchased one for my Mom and my sister-in-law. You can do ANYTHING with this pan - I make chili, spaghetti, pot roast, stir fry, etc.- and I use it almost everytime I cook. What I like best is that you are able to go from the stove to the oven, which means less mess to have to clean up. Very Versatile.

The name says it all...everyday pan. This pan replaces another pan of the same size I bought two holiday seasons ago with a lifetime warranty only to find out that the manufacturer (Innova) went bankrupt and no longer can provide the warranty, so I really researched for a decent pan before spending my hard earned money. Since I already have 8 other calphalon pans, I decided to try this one. When you follow the directions for use, this pan assists in cooking spanish rice, seared scallops, omlettes, stir frys, poached eggs and lemon chicken. Super easy clean up after pan cools and I saved my self $65. This is a must buy for anyone at this price!

Rating: - Calphalon pans with lids are great!
My husband and I really enjoy the Calphalon pans with lids, as they are great for cooking of most of our meals, is easy to clean, and is the perfect size and weight for the stove top. They are of high quality. We have two different sizes and love them both. We would recommend them and would purchase them again.

Rating: - Food is sticking to it!
The pan is beautiful. That I can say for it. But I've used it twice now and both times food stuck to the pan. It was actually an effort to clean it. I followed the directions to cook at low heat. Perhaps I am expecting a bit much from it. But, at the suggested original price, I believe that I should expect a lot out of it. This is my first calphalon piece and until I can make this pan behave, I don't plan to buy another!

I have been using this pan for about a year now. At first I felt a bit disappointed because I had thought it was a non-stick pan (even though the ad didn't say it was, so it was my first experience with the hard-anodized without a non stick finish. I was pleasantly surprised as it was a very good pan, heavy, seemed to heat evenly, and really cleaned up well. I really liked that the lid was not glass, like so many are nowadays. I also like the two handles and how well they are attached. The only negative is that the lid doesn't "nest" upside down in the pan for storage, so it takes a significant space for storage. Overall a positive addition to my kitchen equipment!!
