Rating: - if you want a great pan try scanpan
Scanpan is made in denmark. it is a true nonstick that you can use metal utensils and metal scour pads to clean if you want to. I can burn cheese to the surface and it wipes clean with a minimal sponge effort..it is that easy. it is made from a space age ceramic-titanium coating that is fired on at 3000 degrees and is oven proof too. the handles are always cool and you can pick up the hot pan from the handles without an oven mitt or protection. these are pricey and hard to find pans and pots but there is none better anywhere. note the titanium surface does not enter your food try it out

Rating: - Hard to clean
To properly care for these you cannot put them in the dishwasher. That isn't fun. It is hard to get food out of the grooves. I have other Calphalon I love. I will not buy from this particular line again.

Superb quality, excellent results, easy to clean and use. Incredible bang for the buck from Amazon (as usual). Now if I ever need another kitchenware product, I am getting Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized.

The pan is very nice. It is almost non stick, but washes nicely. must heat it before adding ingredients.

For the low sale price of $19.99 this was a great buy. The pan is light-weight but feels extremely solid. The finish looks and feels uniform and clean. I used it to make paella which involved stir-fry/saute and then oven cooking. It worked out perfectly. I'm definitely buying more calphalon pots & pans when the next one goes on sale.
