The message is simple, which is why it's so powerful -- You don't become what you want, you become what you believe. This book and it's message is transformational. If focusing on the negative aspects of life and events in your life hasn't brought you the life you want, what have you got to lose? A couple of bucks. Radical tidbits -- it's just a thought and you have the power to change it; we're responsible for and create our own happiness (or lack thereof). If you're ready for change and your heart is open, this is a great book. (Also rec. The Unmistakable Touch of Grace by Cheryl Richardson).

Rating: - I can't say enough positive things about this book.
This book has changed my life. Louise Hay is the pioneer of positive thinking and continues to reach people thru her books and now a movie with the same title.
I actually had the book but bought a 2nd to give to a friend.
I would recommend this book/movie to everyone that desires wellness in their life. Louise Hay gives us the map.

I orginally purchased this book in 1987. I have used it as a resource book over the years, using it when my health was bad, when my life was unsettled, and when I just needed a different perspective on situations that concerned me.

I purchased this book for a dear friend of mine. I am sure she will also use it as a resource book for many years to come. It is well written and the information stands the test of time.

Louise Hay is a self-made woman, who figured out on her own, after some hard knocks in life, that she could be a positive, successful woman, starting with keeping her thoughts positive and the use of affirmations. She discusses how emotional pain creates various illnesses and what can be done to heal oneself. A wonderful book! Margaret Warren
