This book is amazing! I wish I had it years ago. If I can master the techniques of the four keys, I hope to help other people with pain and healing. It will take alot of hard work. DR. Sha tells us in the book. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs and wants to stay in good health and pain free!

Rating: - EXCEPTIONAL BOOK
I think this book is one of the best books I have read in a very long time and I have read many. I read on average between 2 to 3 books a week. The techniques in this book really work. I am living proof. I have been using them and feel great. You can even do them while working out. It makes the workout go faster and you feel so much better. I have asthma and went from using between 3 to 4 medications a day for this health problem down to just one per day and am going to start weening myself from that one. I feel great and have had no problems with my asthma at all and even had a cold and didn't need any of the other medications I normally would have been needing daily. I also have 2 herniated disks in my lower back and have used Dr. Sha's techniques for that also and have had wonderful results. I went from using 2 pain pills a day down to 2 a week and now am down to 2 every other week. I feel great, have more energy, can do more things, and I feel like I owe Dr. Sha my life. He has given me back my life in so many ways. He truly has a wonderful book here and anyone can benefit from using it. Just do the exercises and keep the faith and you will see and feel the difference. Thank you Dr. Sha. Thank you seems so inadequate when you are thanking someone for doing so much for you and feel the best you have felt in a very long time but that is all I know to say. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You are a God send and I mean that sincerely since I had asked God for help and the way to heal myself and get my life back and he sent me you in the form of your book. Rating: - Claims highly questionable
This book is filled with grandiose examples of miraculous healings that have come about through following Dr. Sha's methods. It would be encouraging if there were some controlled studies to support these claims as all of his examples are anecdotal. Basically this book combines self talk, energy postures, visualization and (predominantly) chanting to cure any problem from colds to cancer. Although none of these methods are new in themselves, Dr. Sha's contribution is that he combines all of them together simultaneously which he call's "Power Healing". In addition, Dr. Sha introduces his own unique healing number mantra which is suppose to carry extreme power when chanted continuously. Highly unconventional, Dr. Sha will have participants in his workshops chant this number increasingly faster in chinese and when participants become tongue tied and incoherent he calls it "soul language" and will readily interpret much the same message for anyone who has managed to become tongue tied. Being open minded, I have practiced these methods myself consistently in an attempt to relieve different problems, but have to say that I have not noticed any improvements whatsoever. I have no doubt that some of these methods can be useful to some people, but this book doesn't bring anything new to the table, aside from some twists the benefits of which are unsubstantiated and must be taken at faith value.
