Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Chrome COLORED plastic...not metal
I wanted the convenience of dual showerheads. I got the Waterpik TRS-5553 because it was made of chrome. The shower I was replacing was plastic and the connection broke when I tried to fix a connection leak.

I once had a Waterpik shower massage and I remembered the quality of the Waterpik, so I go the "chrome" dual showerheads. I carefully used teflon tape and a washcloth to make sure that the connection would be solid. When I turned on the shower to check it, the connection LEAKED! So I tried to tighten it again, and the plastic connector BROKE!

I have never been more disappointed by a Waterpik product.

Bought this shower head combo after buying two other more expensive equivalents from Delta and Peerless. This one feels a little cheaper and is made of primarily plastic parts. Although the other two purchases appeared to be higher quality with heavier metal-like parts (which are probably plastic), they leaked and I quickly returned them.

This Waterpik is not bad for the money and the lifetime guarentee is promising.
