good but the coat had a strange odor. this made it hard for my son to wear

This coat is poor quality, as you would think, however I bought 2 as gifts and both came with a horrible odor to them of oil. I have aired them out and still have the odor. I guess its where the coats are stored but spells awful. I would not recommend. I would ship them back, but cost more to ship them back than to keep them and never use them.

My first order of several items from this discounter and have a very mixed impression. The general quality of items was very good to excellent for the price. The quality of this item was very good and certainly heavy enough for everything except the Arctic. BUT, this jacket is an example of "off" sizing. A "medium" in this jacket measured 22" across the shoulder, 9" around the unexpanded sleeve cuffs and had a 24" long sleeve. These measurements are WAY OFF for the stated size. I am suspecting that sizing issues may be the reason they are offering the deep discounts on their items and feel their disclosure could definitely improve.

This is a glorfied waterproof windbreaker. It has some padding but not much. Don't be cheap and just buy something better. I am going to donate this to charity.
