Best flat iron I have ever owned. Gets your hair silky and flat without damage. Great price and worth every penny spent. Love this iron! Much better than the cheapie brands from the drug stores!

I waited for months to buy a Chi and finally decided to buy from Amazon because of how low their price was compared to all the other sites. My Chi was excellent (by far the best hair straightner I have tried) but unfortunately, the second time I went to use it, it would not turn on. I ended up sending it back to Amazon and was issued a refund because the supplier was out of stock and they couldn't guarantee when it could be fulfilled. If you decide to buy one, don't be alarmed if it stops working.

I was very excited to recieve my CHI straightner which I had heard so much about. When I recieved it promptly in the mail, I plugged it in and it would not turn on. Also the red bulb for the on indicator light was missing. So I never got to try it. When I returned it, I was told that the seller did not have a replacement. The item was a bit flimsy and I am wondering if it might have been an imposter. I am sorry I didn't get to try a "CHI"

I bought this product 1 year ago and have been completely satisfied with it. Before this one, I have tried a few similar products bought from target. They are totally waste of money. This one is more expensive but very efficient in hairstyling. It can be done in 5-10 mins, depends on your hair length and volume. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants straight hair. Keep it in mind that, use it after your hair is completely dry. It's not supposed to use with wet hair.
