I enjoy using the Chakra meditation CD - it is very soothing, settling, expansive and healing. I have listened to it a few times and am not tired of it - will probably be able to listen to it for a long time to come. The other CD is just soothing new-age type music. It is ok but not my favorite thing to listen to. It is very settling and calming - meditative in nature. It is not unpleasant but, to me, a bit boring.

I am not eloquent with words... this is perfect if you are new at meditating. Deepak takes you where you need to go to find your real self, which begins your journey through meditation. For me, Deepak Chopra, has helped me learn to meditate. I would not trust anyone other than Deepak to lead me to my true self. I do hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Two CDs. One music CD that is great for relaxing, massage or using as background for your own meditations. I use it occasionally in my weekly meditation group that I lead. Second CD is awesome. Dr. Chopra leads you through the 7 main Chakras, explains what they correlate to and guides your meditation to actually balance any / all of them. I got great results during the first session and I use it often.
